The Alabama Veterans Memorial Park is a public park in Birmingham, Alabama. It was built inside the Liberty Park as a memorial to those who served for the country in all the wars of the 20th century until present.

The Alabama Veterans Memorial Park features a number of attractions that truly commemorate the great sacrifice of those lost in the wars. It has the Regiment of Columns as its main feature. The Regiment of Columns is basically a series of columns that are engraved with thoughts, letters, personal histories, telegrams, testaments, and memories of the veterans and their families. There?s also a temple where the names of those who died are engraved and commemorated, among other things that honors the hard work and dedication of the men and women who chose to fight for their country.
