The Aldridge Botanical Gardens is a botanical garden in Hoover, Alabama. It is a 30 acre woodland garden, commonly described by many as a horticulturists? haven.

The Aldridge Botanical Gardens traces its roots back to the days when the area was still the Coxe Family Estate. It was the time when Eddie Aldridge started to admire the area, so when it was put up for sale in 1977, he immediately made an offer and took the house. Aldridge started the botanical gardens, first as his own private garden. It was opened to the public on 1997. The Aldridge Botanical Gardens is where the Snowflake Hydrangea was discovered.

Today, the site is composed of 30 acres worth of woodland gardens, a 7 acre lake, and several walking trails. It is home to several educational activities and events all throughout the year.
