The Anniston Museum of Natural History is given much highlight due to its exhibit hall that is particularly called as the Design for Living. It houses a total of about 400 specimens taken from birds of North America. This goes the same for the museum’s Lagarde African Hall that is home to 100 animals from Africa which stay in a seemingly natural setting but is actually simulated to look their very own.

The Anniston museum also has other popular exhibits like those that feature mummies from Egypt and other creatures that dwell in caves. At the same time, their art exhibits are considered dynamic as they change regularly. It is also in this museum that you get to see a dinosaur collection along with a model of Albertosaurus in full scale.
