The Ashland Place Historic District is a historic neighborhood in Mobile, Alabama. It is best noted for its early 20th century homes in a variety of architectural designs and styles.

The Ashland Place Historic District was established in 1908. It was once a streetcar suburb accessed by the Spring Hill Avenue trolley line. It got its name from the 1844 raised cottage house known as the Ashland, which was built by Lorenzo M. Wilson, father of the acclaimed author Augusta Evans Wilson. The house burned down in 1926, but the neighborhood continued to be a remarkable place.

Today, the Ashland Place Historic District can be further explored with the annual Mobile Historic Homes Tour. The tour will feature six historic homes from this neighborhood.
