The Bladon Springs State Park is a state park and recreation area in Bladon Springs, Alabama. It features 357 acres of area.
The site of the Bladon Springs Spring Park has always been a tourist destination. It was first opened to the public as a resort in the early 19th century, complete with a spa, capitalizing on the ?curative properties? of the four mineral springs in the area. People from all over the country flocked to the site and became a popular destination for tourists from other Southern cities. The site reached the peak of its popularity in the 1840s and operated all throughout the Civil War period.
The Bladon Springs State Park was established in 1934. It offers modern camping, picnic shelters, and a playground.
