The Brisk & Jacobson Store is a historic commercial building in Mobile, Alabama. It was built in 1866, as a replacement of an older two-story brick building that was built in 1850. It has always been a commercial building, as prior to the construction, the building housed dry goods merchants.

The Brisk & Jacobson Store building was constructed by Isaac Goldsmith, part of the Goldsmith, Frolichstein, and Company. However, by 1867 the partnership was ended as both partners pursued different paths. It was named after the J. Brisk and Company, which later became Brisk & Jacobson, a company that occupied the building until 1893.

The Italianate style Brisk & Jacobson Store was added to the National Register of Historic Places on March 1973.
