Also commonly known as the Cedar Crest Farms, the Cedar Crest is a historic plantation located in Faunsdale, Alabama. Its main feature is its antebellum main house built in the year 1850 by the slave Albert Prince for the owner Kimbrough C. Dubose. It was originally bigger but was simplified in 1939.

The Cedar Crest is also the home to the historic Altwood, which is best known for its architecture that closely resembles a Tidewater-type cottage. This structure was moved in 1988 and was cared for by the family owners since then. The Altwood is an Alabama Register of Landmarks and Heritage listed property.

The Cedar Crest is a part of the National register of Historic Places after being listed there in August 1993.
