The Deibert Park is a park in Florence, Alabama. It covers 70 acres of ?rustic paradise? equipped with family friendly features and attractions. It was established in the year 2000 after the couple Dr. Kirk and Lillian Cook-Deibert donated the property to the people of Florence. They?ve owned the land since 1952, but it was originally a part of the 1800s plantation of the late Judge Sidney Cherry Posey.

The Deibert Park features a series of attractions. On top of the list is the Children?s Museum of the Shoals, which is located at the very entrance of the park. Near the museum is a playground. The whole area is also filled with interpretive trails, restrooms, and some ponds. There?s also a Wisconsin-style barn that is about to be turned into an educational facility soon enough.
