The Ebenezer Missionary Baptist Church is a historic church building in Auburn, Alabama. It was built right after the Civil War to serve as the first African American church built in the area.

The Ebenezer Missionary Baptist Church?s construction can be seen as a real labor of love (or faith, especially in this case). The property was actually acquired when a plantation owner gave the lot to one of his former slaves. It was then decided that it would be the place where the church will be built, which the members worked hard on building. They erected the structure using hand-hewn logs that they hauled from miles away using mules. It was completed by 1870 and was used by the same congregation until 1969.

In 1970, the Ebenezer Missionary Baptist Church building was acquired by the Auburn Heritage Association who restored it. It is currently the home of the Auburn Unitarian Universalist Fellowship.
