The Elberta German Sausage Festival is a bi-annual event in Elberta, Alabama. It is held as a way to raise funds of the Elberta Volunteer Fire Department.

The festival consumes up to 7000 lbs of it per celebration, especially with the number of people who actually attends the festivities can rocket up to 30,000.

The Elberta German Sausage Festival takes place every last Saturday of March and last Saturday of October. Each date is a one day event that runs from 8 am to 5 pm.
