The Gates-Daves House is a historic home in Mobile, Alabama. It is also known as The Daves Place, after one of its more noted owners.

The Gates-Daves House was built in 1841. This one-story residence sports a Creole style of architecture and is noted for being the best example of its kind in Mobile, Alabama. It was originally owned by Hezekiah Gates who bought the land in 1841, which is also the believed date of construction of the house. In 1850, the property was sold to Camellia Bull, who sold it again later on to Thomas K. Daves in 1856.

The Gates-Daves House was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on June 1974 due to its architectural significance.
