The Government Street Presbyterian Church is a historic church in Mobile, Alabama. It was built in 1836 to 1837 after the design and management of the trio who also worked on the Barton Academy building, James Gallier, James Dakin, and Charles Dakin.

The Government Street Presbyterian Church is best known for being one of the oldest and least altered church buildings in the Greek Revival style in the country. It survived harsh weather and wars with a few damages here and there, none that did not require massive rebuilding. It was expanded in 1902, but the addition matched the existing structure, both in scale and detail. Other additions were done, but none that can cause significant alterations to its integrity.

The Government Street Presbyterian Church is a National Historic Landmark as well as a part of the National Register of Historic Places.
