The Jesse Pickens Pugh Farmstead is a historic homestead in Grove Hill, Alabama. It was built around 1865 by Jesse Pickens Pugh, a Clarke County, Alabama local. He was son to the settlers Isaac Pugh and Hanna Baskin, and grandson to a Revolutionary War veteran.

The Jesse Pickens Pugh Farmstead was established by Pugh when he married Sophia Bettis. The homestead served as the couple?s home where they raised ten children. The farmstead grew to a 289-acre lot in the rural Clarke County.
Composed of the main house which is mostly a cottage, seven contributing buildings, one contributing structure, and two contributing sites, the Jesse Pickens Pugh Farmstead was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1999 for its architectural significance.
