The Lister Hill Library is a library in Birmingham, Alabama. It is located inside the University of Alabama in Birmingham’s campus.

Known as the largest biomedical library in the entire state of Alabama, the Lister Hill Library serves as a Resource Library for the acclaimed Southeast/Atlantic Region in the National Network of Libraries of Medicine. Established in 1945, the collection of the library is something worth boasting of, since it spans over seven centuries of knowledge. They have manuscripts from the medieval era, as well as thousands of rare books and journals in the health science disciplines.
