The McFarland Park is a city park in Florence, Alabama. It is commonly referred to as one of the “crown jewels of the Florence Parks and Recreation department”.

The McFarland Park is quite special for its excellent location. Nestled between the downtown area and the Tennessee River, it is quite a scenic spot without being too far from everything that Florence has to offer. It is commonly chosen as host to various and several events and festivals held in the area like the BassMasters Fishing Tournament and the Trail of Tears Remembrance Motorcycle Ride.

People can enjoy camping, picnicking fishing, boating, and golfing at McFarland Park among other things. There is also a soccer field, baseball fields, restaurants, and walking trails at the site.
