The Mobile Carnival Museum is a museum in Mobile, Alabama. It is dedicated to sharing the colorful roots and history of the Carnival and Mardi Gras, which actually originated in the city. It chronicles 300 years of history of these festivities. The museum is housed in the historic Bernstein-Bush mansion located in downtown Mobile.

The Mobile Carnival Museum features exhibits that chronicle the evolution of the celebration, from its humble beginnings to how it has developed into what it is today. It has the Queen?s Gallery, which houses the trains, jewels, and gowns worn by the former queens of the Carnival. Also on display are costumes of jesters, a 1920s flapper attire, and art works and posters of the original Mardi Gras. There?s also a Carnival float that visitors can ride.
