The National African American Archives and Museum is a historic site in Mobile, Alabama. It used to be the Davis Avenue Branch of the Mobile Public Library, but it was turned into an archive and history museum that focuses on the African American experience in the United States.

The National African American Archives and Museum started out in 1931 when the Davis Avenue Branch of the Mobile Public Library was built to answer the needs of the local African American community. Most of the books here were from the collective efforts of the black community. They raised funds and made ways to collect books for the library. After the desegregation, the library became a depository for public records and documents. It was later reopened as the museum.
