The National Veterans Day Parade is the first ever celebrated of its kind in the country of United States. It was first held in Birmingham city of Alabama way back in 1947. It is Alabama which is a state that is made up of 13,000 soldiers of the national guard group along with several airmen too that have all been in active duty during the tragic past of 9-11 incident last 2001. Up to this very day, it is still being celebrated to give tribute and honor to men who fought for the country?s freedom.

This event of course would not miss out n featuring a parade. It is usually made up of 5,000 participants along with a total of 15 bands plus some 50 floats to join in and complete the entire parade. The salute that we give to all these men and women who sacrificed for the country is the main mission of this event that they unceasingly carry out without a sense of a doubt. It is one historical event one should not miss on a yearly basis.
