Also known as the Burnt Corn Baptist Church, the Old Bethany Baptist Church is a historic church in Burnt Corn, Alabama. The congregation was founded in 1821, and the current building is their third church location so far. It was built in 1874.

Burnt Corn is best known for being a picturesque, historic community in Monroe County, Alabama, being one of the oldest settlements in the county. The famous author Truman Capote also once said that this is his most favorite place in the planet.
