The Princess Theatre is a historic performing arts venue in Decatur, Alabama. The site was originally the home to a livery stable built in 1887, but by 1919, it was transformed into vaudeville and silent film playhouse.

The Princess Theatre is a 677-seater venue. It is best noted for its Art Deco style of architecture, which it managed to get when it was remodeled in 1941. Currently, work is being done in it under the supervision of the city so it could be restored in its glorious look during the1950s to 1960s. This work requires a series of tasks, including the removal of paint that was coated over the murals Albert Frahn did on the inside walls of the theatre.
