The Richards DAR Museum is a historic house museum in Mobile, Alabama. It features one of the city?s finest examples of Italianate homes, the Richards House, built in 1860 by steamboat captain, Charles G. Richards and wife, Caroline Elizabeth Steele.

The Richards DAR Museum is run by the Daughters of the American Revolution. It is furnished and decorated with magnificent period items. It has carved Carrara marble mantels, bronze chandeliers with mythological figures on them, Bohemian glass frame doorway, silver bell pulls for calling servants, and gray and white marble square flooring. The house is also listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

The Richards DAR Museum is open on Mondays through Saturdays on varying time schedules. They are also available for rent for weddings and other events.
