The Safe House Black History Museum is a museum in Greensboro, Alabama, dedicated to the black history in the area, in relation to the Civil Rights Movement of the 1950s and 60s. The Museum was organized by Ms. Theresa Burroughs. She worked with Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. as a Civil Rights foot soldier during the mid 1900s.

The Safe House Black History Museum is housed in a very historically significant site. The property the museum occupies is the very house where Dr. King sought refuge when the Ku Klux Klan was looking for him. The museum documents the participation of the local community to the human rights struggle back during the days where desegregation was being fought off vehemently by civil rights activists.

The Safe House Black History Museum is open every Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and by appointment.
