The Scottsboro Boys Museum and Cultural Center is a museum and educational venue in Scottsboro, Alabama. It tells of the story of the ?Scottsboro Boys?, or the nine young African American boys who were wrongfully accused of raping two white women on a train.

The Scottsboro Boys became a big issue in the country during its heyday in 1931. The boys were sentenced to death immediately even if the prosecution did not ask for such penalty. The case got up to the Supreme Court, who ultimately decided of the boys? innocence of the said crime.

The Scottsboro Boys Museum showcases artifacts and historical items from the historic event. It was opened in 2010 after ten years of collecting items that could be displayed on the site.
