The Shelby County Museum and Archives is a local history museum in Columbiana, Alabama. It was founded by the Shelby County Historical Society to preserve, collect, and discover all the things that has something to do with the history of the county.

The Shelby County Museum and Archives feature a series of artifacts and documents related to the local histories of the cities and towns that belong to the county. Most of the documents and resource materials are also available for research purposes. They also provide educational programs and other activities that help enhance the citizen?s knowledge of the locale?s colorful past.

The Shelby County Museum and Archives is open every Mondays through Saturdays from 9 am to 3 pm.
