The Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church and Rosenwald School is a historic site in Notasulga, Alabama. It is noted for several historic events that took place in the site, most of which have something to do with the African American population in the area.

Being a Rosenwald School, the area is noted for being a site that provided education to the African Americans in the area. Aside from that, the Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church and Rosenwald School is also known for its ties with the infamous Tuskegee Syphilis Study. This event was a medical experiment that the Public Health Service and the Tuskegee Institute initiated in 1932. The whole thing was criticized for ethical reasons, mainly for using the local black population as test subjects and never really treating them for the disease after finding the cure.
