The St. Jude Educational Institute is a historic school in Montgomery, Alabama. It was opened in 1946 as a Roman Catholic high school, situated inside the Archdiocese of Mobile.

Initially established as ?the City of St. Jude? by Father Harold Purcell, the St. Jude Educational Institute was designed to advance the concerns of the African American community. It also offered college preparatory programs and basic skills and trade classes for adults during the night time.
