The St. Louis Street Missionary Baptist Church is a historic church building in Mobile, Alabama. It was initially a part of Mobile?s African Baptist Church. Some issues rose, however, causing a number of members to build their own congregation, which gave birth to the St. Louis Street church.

The church building of the St. Louis Street Missionary Baptist Church was built in 1872, after the design of the local architect CL Hutchinson. By 1874, the church hosted the seventh Colored Baptist Convetion of Alabama, the very gathering which paved the way to the creation of the Selma University in 1878.

The St. Louis Street Missionary Baptist Church was made part of the National Register of Historic Places. It is also a part of the African American Heritage Trail.
