The Tuskegee National Forest is a nice place to be in with the family since it is complete with bonding areas for large groups like camping grounds, picnic areas and a place for activities like fishing, hiking, mountain biking and even horseback riding. It is also where you can find the replica of the childhood home of Booker Washington. It is situated right on US Highway 29 and serves as a recreational area.

The national forest is such a great escape from all the hustles brought by the city life. It is also overflowing with history that involves numerous cultural and natural aspects. You can get to view a wide array of wildflowers and habitat of wildlife. It also serves as home to the Bee Branch which is a 500 year old poplar tree.
