The Village Point Park is a historic park in Daphne, Alabama. It is described by many as being filled with history, commemorating the area and its participation in the development and past events in the region.

The Village Point Park may be Daphne?s newest park, but it is packed with a lot of tales and stories. It boasts of wetlands, streams, state champion trees, and undeveloped woodlands for starters. It also has an unlimited public bay access, which offers one of the few remaining Mobile Bay public beaches.

The Village Point Park is also home to the famous Jackson Oak, believed to have been the tree that General Andrew Jackson climbed and made a speech to his army. The oak tree is also one of the largest and most historic live oaks in the state.
