The William Perkins House is a historic home in Eutaw, Alabama. It was built in 1850 by William Perkins for his family. It was initially located on the Eutaw Town Square.

Also known as the Perkins-Browder House and the Freemount, the William Perkins House is also a highly distinguished property mostly due to its excellent architecture. Built in the Greek revival style, this two-story wood framed building is also equipped with a raised brick foundation, Ionic columns, and a front portico. It was listed on the Historic American Buildings Survey in 1934, added to the National Register of Historic Places and the Antebellum Homes in Eutaw TR in 1982, and was declared a part of the Alabama Register of Landmarks and Heritage in 1980.
