The Alaska Zoo is a facility that is made up of 30 acres of land with various wildlife species of nature which include wolves, bears, reindeers and oxen. Of course, these are just some of the several favorites of most of its visitors. It also houses a tiny collection of animals that are exotic just like the camels, elephants and the Siberian tigers.

The zoo also features free lectures on animals and other science topics. You can purchase e-tickets via their website and it is the perfect venue for training girl and boy scouts. The facility also accepts various parties, events, and other educational programs. You can also freely apply as a volunteer to help in the community programs of the zoo and park.
