In Kenai, Alaska, there?s a perfect place to bask in the state?s beauty and wonders. That spot is known as the Beluga Whale Lookout, located on the edge of the city?s coastal bluff. The site offers a great view into the mouth of the Kenai River and the volcanoes placed on the west side of the Cook Inlet.

The Beluga Whale Lookout got its name from the seasonal sight it offers. Every spring and summer, people can go to the site and watch the arrival of the beluga whales when they migrate into the area in pursuit of salmon. Aside from these magnificent creatures, you can also catch a glimpse of moose, seals, caribou and eagles here.

The Beluga Whale Lookout is also a perfect outdoor park with amenities perfect for RV camping. A lodge can also be found on the site.
