Aside from being a wonderful tourist attraction and a place for an all-out travelling, Kobuk Valley National Park is created for the purpose of protecting the central part of the famous Kobuk River, the Sand Dunes of Kobuk, and many other sites. Even though this park is a tourist spot that attracts a lot of eyes, people must be wary of some facts to consider. Kobuk Valley National Park contains wild animals such as Grizzlies, Moose, foxes, wolverines, etc. One must seek the accompaniment of a professional in dealing with spots housed by these animals.

In Kobuk Valley National Park, one can experience hiking, fishing, lodging, etc. Though fishing can only be done by those who have an Alaska Fishing License. Camping is strict in the place. Camping can be done in the Tundra except in Archaeological areas and some sold private property. A good thing about this tourist spot is that there are no entrance fees to be paid but of course, people are encouraged to bring their own food.
