The Norman Lowell Studio is a well established art gallery in Homer, Alaska. It is best noted for its relationship with Norman Lowell, a painter whose family has homesteaded in Homer in 1958. He was celebrated for his work depicting the beautiful sights and sceneries of Alaska.

The works are housed in a studio, known as the Norman Lowell Studio, which was developed by Lowell himself, alongside his wife, Libby. The studio features his works, most of which aren’t for sale, but in the gift shop, you’ll find a work of Lowell that you can take home. They hold tours around the studio, sometimes Lowell himself leads them.

Aside from the art works, the Norman Lowell Studio is quite a wonder in itself. Its grounds are beautiful, too, so make sure to drop by whenever you’re in town.
