The Benson Museum in Arizona features displays and memorabilia educates visitors about the history of the San Pedro Valley. It is the medium by which the San Pedro Valley Arts and Historical Society shares its collections, antique photographs, clothing, and railroad and mining history.

The Museum occupies a 1920?s store building where the Museum tours take place in order to bring the visitors back in time to experience the area?s rich past through one-of-a-kind displays. To complement the learning experience, artifacts and other objects like the ?Way We Were Map,? which gives a background on how long ago people used certain items like old dental tools, household goods, mining tools, and many more. A background and history of the cattle and mining industry is also explained to provide a better understanding on the lifestyle of the past.

Another interesting attraction, the Art and Quilting Gallery, is housed in a separate building. Inside, visitors can view this gallery that celebrates the local and national skilful artisans who have made these wonderful pieces of work. This area also lets visitors try their hands at quilting.
