Even if they are mostly restricted for the civilian population, military installations are still some of the most popular destinations for many tourists. And this one is certainly the case with Fort Huachuca in Sierra Vista, Arizona.

While the base is now officially known as the headquarters of the US Army Intelligence Services? 9th Signal Command, the place is more well known as being the base of the famed ?Buffalo Soldiers?, or the 10th Cavalry Regiment, which was one of the first all black military group in the US Armed Forces. The Buffalo Soldiers were also well known for their exploits during the Second World War. Today, the fort maintains a museum honoring the group, showcasing several photographs of their members in action, as well telling their history.
