The Fort Verde State Historic Park is a state historic park and recreation area in Camp Verde, Arizona. It is the location of three historic house museums dedicated to the history of the area and is currently listed in the National Register of Historic Palaces.

Fort Verde State Historic Park represents an attempt by the state of Arizona and the citizens of Camp Verde to maintain and preserve parts of the Indian Wars era fort as it was during its years of operation. The fort was a base of operations and encampment for the United States army infantry stationed in the then territory of Arizona that were supposed to protect the area from Indian raids. After 1872, the soldiers guarded the reservations to ensure that the Indians stayed inside.
