Stretching approximately 277 miles long, the Grand Canyon National Park has become one of the world?s most visited attractions and can be found within Grand Canyon National Park, one of the first and oldest national parks in the United States. According to archaeologists, the Colorado River carved the Grand Canyon over 17 million years ago as shown in recent studies.

The magnificent views of the mountain peaks and valleys and the beauty of the Grand Canyon capture the hearts of millions of spectators around the world including former US President Theodore Roosevelt. The former president frequented it to hunt. Roosevelt is also a major advocate of its conservation.
