The Frog Fantasies Museum is a culmination of a 60-year effort of collecting frogs. In the Museum, visitors will see different frogs of every description and of every conceivable material. Among these are porcelain frogs, jade, wood, majolica, pipes, frog sculptures, puppets, soap dishes, cork, carved coconut, and cedar roots. There are also some which are made with woven plant fibers and metal wire. The museum?s collection started in 1937 when Louise Mesa, one of its owners together with Pat Mesa, got her own little plastic toy frog. Over the years, the family continued collecting items that are related to frogs.

The Museum also has its own gift shop where visitors can purchase frog collectibles, clothing, art, books, toys, jewelry, and other household items.
