The Lake Dardanelle State Park is a state park and recreation area in Russellville, Arkansas. It is located near the only nuclear power plant in Arkansas, the Arkansas Nuclear One.

Featuring the 34,300 acre manmade reservoir known as Lake Dardanelle, the Lake Dardanelle State Park is a popular destination for fishing enthusiasts. The park was created after the completion of the Dardanelle Dam and Lake Dardanelle in the mid01960s, as well as after the people of Russellville petitioned to have the US Army Corps of Engineers? local recreation area to become a state park. It was opened in 1966.

Today, the Lake Dardanelle State Park still continues to serve the locale as a recreation area. It offers a wide array of recreational opportunities as well as state of the art facilities, exhibits, and technology.
