The Lake Fort Smith State Park is a state park and recreation area in Moutainburg, Arkansas. It is located in the Boston Mountain Range of the Ozark Mountains.

The Lake Fort Smith State Park was originally a city recreational park developed in the 1930s. It was initially developed to use Lake Fort Smith as a tourism destination, known as the Mountainburg Recreational Facility It then became a state park in 1967.

Offering 260 acres of area, the Lake Fort Smith State Park now offers opportunities for camping, swimming, boating, picnicking, and hiking to its visitors. Folks can also enjoy staying at its two group lodges and learn more about the locale at its visitor center with an exhibit gallery. The site also serves as the western terminus of the Ozark Highlands National Recreation Trail.
