The Museum of the Arkansas Grand Prairie serves as a memorial place of the prairie pioneers and it houses about 10,000 artifacts. It has been proclaimed a winner of numerous awards in the sense of leadership for the mission of conserving and preserving various items which can be traced back to the history of agriculture in the place. It pays tribute to the pioneers who farmed it way back then during the period of the 1800s up to 1921.

All the artifacts that you can find inside the museum are donations from the pioneers and descendants of the place in the past. Majority of them are the ones still farming their forefathers’ land. You will surely learn a lot with how pioneer farmers worked and lived through the displays.
