The South Arkansas Arboretum is a state park, botanical garden, and arboretum in El Dorado, Arkansas. It is actually owned by the local school system, but is operated as the 50th unit in the Arkansas’ state parks system.

Covering 13 acres of space, the South Arkansas Arboretum is located right next to the El Dorado High School and is operated by the South Arkansas Community College. Most of the plants available at the site are native and indigenous to the Arkansas West Gulf Coastal Plain region, including some other flowering camellias and azaleas. There are also signs that identify the various species of the plant life available at the park.

The South Arkansas Arboretum also has two miles of walking trails as well as a pavilion. The site is also available for events rentals.
