The Thoroughbred Racing at Oaklawn Park is held at the Hot Springs part of Arkansas that feature some of the best thoroughbred races at a premium track with lots of food options. The Oaklawn begins its entire season with lots of stakes races which also include the Racing Festival down South. It has been celebrated for more than a century already.

The event owes its success to its participants, whether new or expert runners which also include the most successful and interesting of runners in the event like Afleet Alex, Steppenwolfer, and Smarty Jones.
