The Anderson Marsh State Historic Park is state park, nature preserve, and historic area in Lower Lake, California. It is protected for its natural set up and rich history.

Best noted for being once the home of one of the Pomo Native Americans who are considered as one of the largest groups of the indigenous people of the country in the pre-Columbian California, the Anderson Marsh State Historic Park is rich with history and heritage. Studies in the area suggest that the site has been in use as a settlement for at least ten thousand years already.

Named after the Scottish settler John Still Anderson who has lived and homesteaded the site since the 1880s up until the 1960s, the Anderson Marsh State Historic Park is a great outdoor destination for its many offers and features.
