Belmont Park is considered as a historic oceanfront amusement park. It was developed in 1925 by John Spreckles, a sugar magnate. It was first called Mission Beach Amusement Center but soon changed into Belmont Park. The park provides recreation and amusement to the visitors. There are thrilling rides and different attractions.

There are amusement park rides, the Wave House, mini-golf, arcade, shopping stores and restaurants. Amusement park rides are very popular among young people. Rides include Giant Dipper Roller Coaster, Octotron, Speedway Bumper Cars, Beach Blaster, Liberty Carousel, Control Freak, Krazy Kars, Tilt‐A‐Whirl, Thunder Boats, Crazy Submarine and Vertical Plunge. These rides are thrilling and exciting. The Wave House includes wave pools and wave sheets which resembles that of the waves in the ocean. The FlowRider and FlowBarrel which can be found at the Wave House are the two most popular attractions in Belmont Park. Visitors can also lounge on the beach, dine on the restaurant, or shop at the stores. The Belmont Park attracts millions of people from different places every year.
