Where else can you find the biggest and most extensive collections related to computers than in the hub of computer and information technology, the so-called Silicon Valley, in Mountain View, California? This museum is befittingly named the Computer History Museum.

Established in 1996, the Computer History Museum aims to collect, preserve, exhibit, and promote the history of computer technology, as well as narrate the stories related to the ?Information Age?, and explore the impact of computer revolution to humanity and society. It is currently located at its office at 1401 North Shoreline Boulevard in Silicon Valley.

The museum?s 25,000 square-foot exhibit titled ?Revolution: The First 2000 Years of Computing?, is the museum?s main attraction. Other exhibits include a tour of the milestones in the history of computing and a ?Difference Engine? designed by Charles Babbage.
