The Corona del Mar State Beach is a state park and protected beach in Corona del Mar, California. It is a well received beach, mostly for it being clean and pretty.

The Corona del Mar State Beach has always been a tourist destination. It has always been popular for swimming and even surfing. The site is also noted for being the place where the surfing legend Duke Kahanamoku used his surfboard to rescue a capsized fishing vessel, which was also the first time a surfboard was used for rescue purposes.

The only concern with the Corona del Mar State Beach is that it tends to get crowded especially during tourist season. Parking is also kind of expensive, but if you?re fine with walking, you?ll find a good and cheap spot somewhere else.
