The Humboldt Lagoons State Park is a state park in Trinidad, California. It features a diverse natural area known for various recreational activities.

The Humboldt Lagoons State Park features three lagoons as its main attractions. The Stone Lagoon, Big Lagoon, and Freshwater Lagoon are commonly used for water oriented activities like fishing, boating, windsurfing, and swimming. There’s also the Dry Lagoon because there’s no water in it, is mostly a marshland. This portion of the park is also quite historic, being drained back in the 1900s by farmers who tested the site for agriculture. Their efforts were fruitless, though.

Today, the area is a diverse habitat for animal and plant life. It is also a great site to enjoy the outdoors through various activities.
