The Indian Grinding Rock State Historic Park is a state park and historic site in Pine Grove, California. It is named after the marbleized limestone with about 1185 mortar holes that is considered to be the largest collection of bedrock mortar in the entire continent.

The Indian Grinding Rock State Historic Park is also a National Register of Historic Places for its relation with the Miwok peoples. The group lived in the area hundreds of years ago. It is said that they used the grinding rock to ground acorns that were plentiful in the area. Traces of their use of rock can still be seen at the site.
